REQUIREMENTS
Proposals must be submitted in English or Spanish and should include:
- Full name, title and address of the author (to whom all correspondence will be sent). This must include phone/fax numbers, and an e-mail address.
- For every author (and co-author), full name, title, affiliation and address.
- Full title and mode of presentation.
- Summary of the presentation, no longer than 300 words.
- Brief résumé, no more than 100 words, of the keynote speaker.

There are no restrictions on subject matter or the number of proposals to present. The presentations will be grouped around themes so that participants can focus on areas of particular interest.
The Scientific Committee will evaluate and, where appropriate, accept those papers that meet congress-specific methodology and content requirements. It will assess the novelty of the proposed content.
DELIVERY DEADLINE
The Call for Presentations is open until March 20, 2010, leaving open the possibility of including further work depending upon availability at the event.

Commercial Exhibitors
The Congress organizers have designated an area for mounting commercial exhibitions with 3x3 meter stands available for rent by interested parties during the event.
